So just what is Online Coaching?

Let me lay out everything online coaching may entail and how the process work then you can decide if it's right for you.

The Strategic Athlete Personal Coaching Program Includes:

  • 100% Personalized Training Program: We've worked with thousands of athletes working on everything from attempting (and passing) military selections, trying to drop run times, trying to drop body fat, or even just completing a GORUCK event. We'll work together to make a program that fits your goals, your experience level, and your available equipment.
  • A Personalized Nutrition Plan (Macros): If you want to change your body composition, the number one way to do that is to dial in your nutrition. We'll give you an easy to follow plan to shed excess body fat and boost performance so you reach your goals fast.
  • Weekly Check-Ins: Each week you'll record your results in your individual spreadsheet and we'll collaborate to tweak, update, or change to make sure your program is always evolving.
  • 100% Full Access to your Coach: Not sure how to perform a movement? Not sure if that thing you regret eating is actually bad for you? We're basically here to set you straight and help you on this journey
  • Knowledge & Education: Nothing makes me happier than sending my athletes off into the world with the confidence and knowledge that they will be successful.

I'm only interested in working with highly motivated people who are committed to working hard & making the changes to their health & lifestyle necessary to reach their goals.

  1. On a scale from 1 - 10, you need to be a 10 for commitment 
  2. You need to be willing to commit for a 3-month period
  3. You need to be willing to invest in yourself, personal coaching is not cheap, but if you're willing to invest you will get incredible value and a huge return on your investment.

If you don't fit into those 3 bullet points above, that's totally fine, personal coaching is probably not for you at the moment. You should probably check out one of our value packed, results focused training programs instead.

What if I don't have a goal?

If you don't have a goal to train for now you will by the end of your call with one of our coaches. With over 30 years of collective training experience, we can help you figure out the best path forward!

Do I need a gym membership or equipment?

While it's always easier to train in a well-equipped gym it is NOT a necessity. Your coach will design a program around you & your personal situation. No gym, no problem!

Is personal coaching right for me?

Honestly, I don't know. It may be the best thing you've done and empower you to really take charge of your health & fitness. Or, maybe it isn't. Which is why we do our best to have an honest chat with everyone who applies. Our style isn't right for everyone, and that's okay with us!

Who have you coached in the past?

We've worked with a ton of different people including busy folks who don't have time to think about their training, CrossFitters, marathon runners, & triathletes. We've worked with Navy SEALs, Recon Marines, & just about every other type of military athlete. 

Is there a contract or commitment?

The only contract & commitment we ask for is the one you make with yourself to work hard and put 100% into your program. The greatest coach in the world can't help if you are motivated and ready to take action. Other than that, we'd love for you to stay with us for at least 90-days, but there is no minimum commitment & no hassle to cancel at any time.
